+ PROFILE: Ultra dry, with less than 1g residual sugar. Full body, serious, age worthy. Wildflowers and Herbs du Provence on the nose. Notes of peach, citrus and crushed stone on the palate. This wine is no shrinking violet; decanting is recommended.
