+ GRAPES: Organic. Co-ferment of red and white grapes: 38% Grenache Noir, 16% Grenache Blanc, 17% Marsanne, 12% Vermentino, and 7% Viognier. Grown primarily in California's Sierra Foothills.

+ PROFILE: Organic, zero-zero wine. Dry/1g RS. Medium weight and acidity. Watermelon, rhubarb, flint, pink peppercorn, dusty earth, and sweet herbs. Minerally, textural finish.

+ FUNDAMENTALS: Hand harvested grapes, fermented with wild yeast using carbonic maceration in stainless tanks in three separate lots. Unfined/unfiltered. Suitable for vegans. Zero added suphites. 11.04% ABV. 1,444 cases made. 

+ FUN FACT: Superbloom is named after the wildflowers that erupt in the desert after a wetter-than-normal rainy season. They’re a sign that winter is over and warmer, happier days are ahead. Cheers to that!
