GRAPES: Blend of Niellucciu (a.k.a. Sangiovese) + Grenache from the AOC of Patrimonio in Corsica.

FUNDAMENTALS: Organic, with biodynamic treatments. Lunar-based farming. Native yeast, all stainless steel. Unfined, unfiltered. Low sulfur, just at bottling. 

PROFILE: I'm lightly natty. Dry. Medium-plus body. Craggy rock, brooding brambly fruit. Bright acidity and balsam. Drink lightly chilled. 

PAIRINGS: I'm a food wine. Grilled meats, porky tomato sauces, porchetta sandwiches.
