BASICS: Dry, fresh, medium weight and acidity, and light tannins on the finish.
BLEND: Mostly Cinsault and Grenache for freshness, along with Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvedre.
FLAVOR PROFILE: I'm such a great APR: all-purpose red. Red currant, black raspberry, red cherry. Fermented in stainless steel, and finished in cement, I'm fresh and easy.
