Our newest project at Field Recording: an alternative wine style, bag-in-box called Boxie. This box is a blend of Chardonnay, and some parts of the SKINS orange wine we do in bottle- Pinot Gris from Santa Barbara County (Northfolk Ranch- sustainable vineyard), Riesling (from Zabala Vineyard- organic vineyard) & Albarino (from Morro View Vineyard in the Edna Valley). The wine throws notes of apricot, almond, and spice.
