RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
We will honor the return of wine that is defective, and will replacement it with the same item only.
If you think your bottle is defective, simply return the full bottle along with proof of purchase to our store for quality control and, if applicable, replacement.
N.B. We cannot accept returns of wine or spirits that are unopened, or any bottles that have been subject to temperature fluctuation.
FORGOTTEN PROMO CODES AT CHECKOUT
It happens! Should you forget your discount code at checkout, get in touch. We're able to offer the following discounts off your order subtotal after the fact (wine only; spirits excluded). This is due to credit card fees.
+ 2% of the 5% discount
+ 6% of the 10% discount
ONLINE PURCHASE REFUNDS
We will refund your purchase in full using the same method of payment prior to delivery or pickup. One caveat: should your order contain a user error (address outside of delivery zone, minimum for delivery, etc.), you will receive your refund, less the associated credit card fees.
