Organic. Mostly Nerello Mascalese. Very dry, med body, textural. Raspberry tisane, ruby grapefruit, leesy, wild herbs. Bright finish. Old vine, all stainless steel. Sicilian family estate.

Organic. Bone dry! Elegant, crunchy red berries, mountain herbs, wild thyme. Woman winemaker. Totally crushable.
