+ GRAPE: 100% Chenin Blanc. Sustainably farmed across three vineyards in California’s Central Coast.
+ PROFILE: Dry, medium-plus body. Tropical nose, followed by a delightfully waxy texture. Meyer lemon, asian pear, chamomile and flinty mineral finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Fermented in large, neutral oak barrels using only wild yeast. Unfined/vegan. Low sulfites, zero additives.
+ PAIRINGS: Snack tray dinner all the way! Also super with spicy or picnic food.
