+ GRAPES: This is technically a ramato: 50% skin-contact Pinot Gris blended with 50% skin-contact Big Salt White (Muscat, Gewurztraminer, Riesling). Grown sustainably on volcanic soils in the beautiful Colombia River Gorge in Washington State.
+ PROFILE: Bone dry, medium-plus body. Tropical on the nose, followed by a complex web of tropical fruit meets orange Creamsicle meets ginger-turmeric-hibiscus herbal tea. Medium-plus tannins on the tail. A true, rose-gold beauty.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Vinified in neutral oak barrels and aged on the lees. Unfined/unfiltered/vegan. Low sulfites, modest ABV.
