+ GRAPE: 100% organic Pinot Noir. Grown on the Mendocino Coastal Ridge AVA, over 2000 feet above sea level.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: 90% destemmed grapes, fermented with wild yeast in old, one-ton open-top wood fermenters. Aged for nine months in French oak (10% new). No additions save for minimal sulfites (~ 20ppm free s02). Bottled unfiltered.
