+ GRAPE: 100% Moscato, grown in Veneto, Italy.
+ PROFILE: This Moscato is delicately sparkling, with persistent bubbles. Medium body. Fruity, but with balanced sweetness. We sensed lychee nut, birthday cake, peaches, apricots, and a saline finish with just the right amount of acidity. 7.5% ABV.
+ FUN FACT: Because the finished wine has less than three atmospheric pressures of effervescence, it is bottled under 'tappo spago' - the traditional cork enclosure fixed with a string (vs. a metal cage).
