A wonderfully honest tinto joven, meant for everyday enjoyment. An incredible value and instant classic red for fans of Spanish wines.
+ GRAPES: Primarily Tempranillo, with a smattering of Garnacha and Graciano. Certified organic growing in the Navarra region of Spain by 14th-generation (!) winemakers.
+ PROFILE: Medium body and dry. Red fruit, blackberry fruit leather, brandied cherry, dried herbs. Modest tannins. Meant to be enjoyed with a light chill to be a proper 'cellar temperature', and will shine with anything off the grill.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel winemaking, zero oak. This is intentional, to maintain freshness.
