+ BASE SPIRIT: At the heart is Better Man's Elysian Fields Lavender Gin, made with local Long Island lavender and honey. Floral in a Provençal field of lavender vs. a soap sort of way :) Colored naturally with butterfly pea flower, which magically changes colors when mixed with citrus.
+ PROFILE: Delicately floral up front, followed by a balanced sweetness of honey and lemon. Zero artificial ingredients. Elegant, natural pale lavender color. 8.4% ABV.
