+ GRAPES: Organic. A 55% Grechetto, 30% Trebbiano, 15% Sauvignon Blanc grown in Italy.
+ PROFILE: Dry. Medium-plus body. Textural and balanced, with notes of pineapple, white peach, grapefruit and lime zest.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel, zero oak, for freshness. Quite dry, with just 2g/L residual sugar, and very low s02 levels. Sessionable at 12% ABV.
