The winemakers didn't have the patience [hence the name] to age this delightfully brambly Tempranillo. Made from grapes destined for Gran Reserve Rioja - meaning 6+ years of aging in barrel - but pulled early and left in its wonderfully blackberry, cedar-y state. Surprising and satisfying for many different palates - 'Family Guy' label aside.
