I'm super fresh! An unconventional, utterly quaffable light-med body red from Rioja, Spain.
+ GRAPES: Organic + Demeter-certified biodynamic. 50% Tempranillo + 50% Garnacha.
+ PROFILE: Fresh and fruit-driven, but not overly 'fruity'. Crunchy red fruit, rhubarb, cherry, plus a touch of blue fruited tones underpinning fresh acidity. Serve with a light chill. This would be an awesome barbecue red!
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All concrete winemaking/zero oak. Wild yeast, unfined/unfiltered, vegan. Low sulfites.
