From Verduno, an intriguing corner of Barbaresco, comes this superfresh take on Nebbiolo that's drinking great now.

+ GRAPES: 100% organic Nebbiolo grown on clay-limestone soils in the Commune of Barbaresco. 

+ PROFILE: All the violets, red cherries, crunchy raspberry, and silky-satiny tannins you could dream of to accompany that cacio e pepe or carbonara pasta. 

+ FUNDAMENTALS: Short, nine-day fermentation in stainless steel, then bottle aged. 

+ FUN FACT: In the 2024 vintage, the winery declassified much of their single vineyard Baroli and Barbareschi into this wine -- including some Monvigliero [that's the good stuff!].
