+ GRAPES: 100% Sangiovese. Organic growing.
+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body, balanced. Textural and fruit-driven - soft on the palate. Marasca cherries, raspberry, floral nuances of violet, soft spices, Mediterranean scrub. Elegant tannins on the finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Made from estate fruit from Cerbaiona’s Brunello and Rosso parcels. The grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed and cold-soaked. Stainless steel vats are used for fermentation; elevage in large used Brunello oak barrels.
