+ PROFILE: Dry, medium-plus body, balanced. Rich, fruit-driven, and soft on the palate. Marasca cherries, small dark berries, black currants, blackberry, floral nuances of violet, soft spices, Mediterranean scrub herbs, anise, and hints of brushwood and leather. Elegant tannins on the finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Made from 90% estate fruit from Cerbaiona’s Brunello and Rosso parcels. The grapes are hand-harvested, de-stemmed and cold-soaked. Stainless steel vats are used for fermentation; elevage in large oak barrels.
