+ GRAPES: Sustainable. Blend of 70% Semillon + 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Grown on the Atlantic side of Bordeaux in clay-limestone soils.
+ PROFILE: Dry, medium + body. Bright acidity. White flowers, ripe grapefruit,lemon-lime zest, kiwi oil, saline. Zippy finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel winemaking. Zero oak for freshness.
