+ GRAPES: Organic. 60% Merlot + 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.
+ PROFILE: Dry, but pleasantly juicy. Blackberry, black cherry, cassis, wet soil, fresh herbs. Modest tannins. I can even take a slight chill - making this a great choice year-round. For folks who dig a good Merlot of easy-going Cabernet, but leveled-up a good bit.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel winemaking. The beautiful grapes they produce are the real stars here!
