+ PROFILE: I'm dry, light-to-medium body, and feature bright acidity. Take the sugar out of a tropical punch, and add in sour cherries, crunchy raspberries, and blood orange peel and that about sums things up. There's a touch of fresh, sweet herbs on the tail. Best with a medium-hard chill.
