+ GRAPES: 90% Glera, and a smattering of other indigenous white grapes grown in the Prosecco D.O.C. of Veneto, Italy. Grown using organic and biodynamic practices.
+ PROFILE: Fresh and fizzy! This is 'brunch pet-nat' for sure. Aromatic on the nose with notes of linden blossom and chamomile. On the palate: apricot, marmalade orange, white grapefruit.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Just a few hours of skin-contact on the grapes. All stainless steel, zero oak. This wine is unfined and unfiltered. Vegan. 12% ABV.
+ THE WINERY: Small, family-run vineyards located high in the hills of the Prosecco region. They call this 'mountain Prosecco' for that very reason :)
