+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body and zesty acidity, with delicate bubbles. Orange blossom, bay leaf, citrusy, white peach, velvety almond finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel tank fermented. Made in method champenoise, like Champagne, with secondary fermentation taking place in the bottle. The wine spends 12 months on the lees, lending texture and character. A low total RS of seven grams per liter.
+ FUN FACT: Conquilla is Catalan dialect for ‘shell’ - an homage to the fossil-rich sedimentary limestone soils of the Penedès.
