+ THE 'RECIPE': Primary base of Cinsault vinified as a rosé + a bucket of Grenache Gris [white] + 10% carbonic Cinsault [red] - topped up with a smattering of Grenache Rouge [red]. Vinified entirely in cement.
+ PROFILE: Dry, light body. A bit of flowery raspberry, peppery strawberry, dusty peach skin, blood orange, and bright acidity. Leans natural, without overt funk. Lower ABV.
