A everyday red that's pleasantly complex, and easy on the pocketbook - particularly given the quality.
+ GRAPES: A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon + old-vine Syrah. Certified organic. Grown on the clay-limestone soils of the Gard/Languedoc in southern France.
+ PROFILE: Medium-plus body. Black plum, raspberry and cherry. Dark floral on the nose, and a slight earthiness on the tail. Bright acidity. Enjoy with a very slight chill. Nice on its own, or fabulous with grilled veggies, charcuterie, Ratatouille, burgers, etc.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Vinified in cement for freshness, and finished in stainless steel tanks. Unfined/unfiltered, lending a really nice mouthfeel. Low sulfites, added just at bottling. 12% ABV makes this an easy-going weeknight warrior.
