The blend varies from vintage to vintage, but it's always a delight - and lives up to its name.
+ GRAPES: A blend of Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Riesling. Sometimes a smattering of Pinot Blanc and other aromatic grape friends. Grown sustainably in cool-climate Oregon across multiple vineyard sites.
+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body, textural. Aromatic, white peach, salty bergamot, aloe vera, saline finish. This is def a picnic-patio white.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Co-fermented using wild yeast strains. All stainless steel winemaking for freshness. Light skin-contact, but not an 'orange' wine - but they make one of those, too, and it's delicious! Modest sulfites.
