+ VINTAGE: Base wine is 61% 2019 vintage, 39% perpetual reserve dating back to 1998.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Aged mostly in stainless steel, on the lees for nine months prior to bottling. The reserve wine kept in large used oak. Full malolactic fermentation. Aged 24 months on the lees for a creamy texture. Low dosage of just 5g/L.
