Cheeky name aside, this rosé is not a Beaujolais, it just drinks delicately like one.
+ GRAPE: 100% biodynamic Cabernet Franc. Grown in the Loire Valley region of France.
+ PROFILE: I'm a food wine, but go down easy for those who enjoy a touch of complexity in their rosé. Strawberry blossom on the nose, followed by raspberry, tart cherry, citrus zest, a smattering of herbs and a lovely earthy-mineral streak. Fresh acidity rounds things out.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All hand-harvested grapes, wild yeast, stainless steel for both fermentation and aging. Low sulfites.
