Dr. Fischer, that is. The talented folks behind the lauded Hoffstatter estate in Alto Adige stumbled upon the traditional German producer, 'Weingut Dr. Fischer', and revived the wines in 2014. The result is this lovely balanced, aromatic off-dry Riesling.

+ GRAPE: 100% Riesling. Sustainable. Grown on the steep slate soils of the Mosel valley in Germany. 

+ PROFILE: Riesling Steinbock reflects the typical characteristics of the region’s terroir. Brilliant straw yellow color in color, it offers typical tropical pineapple and citrus aromas balanced by classic minerality derived from slate. Off-dry, soft and fruit-driven up front with yellow fruit and lime leaf, followed by a lengthy mineral finish.
