+ GRAPE: Organic. 100% younger-vine Aglianico. Grown in volcanic soil at a high elevation in Basilicata, southern Italy.
+ PAIRINGS: This dry, medium-bodied red shows best with food such as spicy salume, bolder cheeses, or anything off the grill.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Grapes are 100% destemmed. Wild yeast, all stainless steel fermentation and aging. Minimal use of sulfur, at bottling.
