A crisp orange wine that will delight skin-contact fanatics and red-wine drinkers alike. The winemaker employs a mix of white grapes from different vineyards, resulting in a beautiful showcase of all the delicate flavors of white grapes - but with additional substance and texture.
+ GRAPES: Organic. It's a veritable who's who of grapes, but we know who wore it best. In 2024 vintage, the supporting cast goes to: 32% Chenin Blanc, 14% Malvasia Bianca, 12% Pinot Gris, 11% Pinot Blanc, 10% Vermentino, 8% Trousseau Gris, 4% Albarino, 3% Semillon, 2% Verdelho, 2% PIcpoul Blanc, 1% Colombard, 1% Gros Manseng. Grown in California's Central Coast.
+ PROFILE: Top notes: Apricot, peach Snapple, marmalade orange, white peach, black tea, tangerine oil. Bass note: honeysuckle, white flowers.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Individually fermented. Destemmed grapes, wild yeast, six week maceration on the skins in stainless steel tanks for fermentation, then finished in acacia wood barrels. Light filtration and minimal added sulfur. Vegan.
+ PAIRINGS: Blue cheese, duck sausage, dried fruit, roasts and toasts.
