+ PROFILE: A cheery, easy-going liter. Dry, medium body. Barnyard nose upfront, but clean palate. Dry, crunchy cranberry, watermelon rind, herbal tones, earthy. Medium tannins add a dose of gravitas, but it goes down easy-peasy. Harvest salads? Butternut squash? Manchego? All would be equally at home here.
