+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body and acidity. Pretty red and black raspberry upfront, followed by peppery plum, and light spice. Breezy tannins make this a workhorse wine on its own, or with light fare. Enjoy with ~15 minute chill in fridge for proper serving temperature.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel winemaking, zero oak. Full malolactic fermentation, which lends a lovely mouthfeel. No fining or filtration, suitable for vegans. Zero added sulfites.
