This is the wine you'd take to Burning Man (if you went to Burning Man). Is it late night or early morning? Doesn't really matter, it's really delicate and delicious.
+ GRAPES: Organic blend: 20% Riesling + 30% macerated Muscat Canelli + 50% macerated Pinot Gris. The fruit was sourced from three sites in the Willamette Valley, Oregon.
+ PROFILE: Dry, balanced and approchable. Lightly tropical and aromatic, with essence of IPA-style hops, tinned mandarin oranges, Zebra Stripe gum (minus the sugar).

"Lightwave is an orange(ish) wine for people who aren’t sure they like orange wine. Call it a baby orange or a diet orange! Produced from half direct-press Pinot Gris, 30% whole-cluster skin-macerated Muscat Canelli, and 20% whole-cluster skin-macerated Riesling. The skin-macerated portion was allowed to ferment for 4-6 weeks before the wine was assembled in stainless steel tank where it rested on its lees for the next 11 months." - yup, that about sums it up!
