Fun and fizzy sparkling organic Riesling, produced in upstate New York. Tropical soda vibes, pineapple, ripe Bosc pear and a gingery finish. Yeasty, textural, and a finished with balanced acidity. 

+ FUNDAMENTALS: Natural wine. Whole-cluster fermentation, wild yeast, all stainless tank winemaking. Unfined and unfiltered, with low sulfites. Just a tiny amount made each vintage.
