+ PROFILE: Dry, full body, textural, higher acidity. Savory, waxy yellow orchard fruit. Beeswax, raw nuts, wild herbs, chalky mineral finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Fermented in stainless steel tanks, then finished in 300L used-oak barrels to soften the acidity. Filtered, but not fined; suitable for vegans. Low sulfites.
