+ GRAPE: 100% sustainably grown Chardonnay. Grown on two parcels just across the main road from Morey-Saint-Denis in the Côte de Nuits subregion of Burgundy, France.
+ PROFILE: Dry and zippy, with ripe lemon curd, mineral undertones, and bright acidity on the finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: The grapes are destemmed, and vinified in all stainless steel tanks. Aged for six months on the fine lees. Unfined, unfiltered/vegan.
