+PROFILE: Alpine cherry, woodland berry, forest spice, lacy mountain herbs. Smooth, silky tannins, fresh acidity.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless steel winemaking for freshness. Mostly destemmed (75%), but with a few wholeclusters for texture and tone. 13% ABV.
