+ PROFILE: Dry, fresh, medium body and acidity. Floral, dried cherry nose. Red fruit: cherry, strawberry, raspberry leaf. Tobacco, tomato leaf, cherry fruit leather, and earthy soil follow. Tannin-forward, but balanced.
