+ FUNDAMENTALS: 2020 base wine. Stainless steel fermentation, large barrel age with light filtration. Partial malolactic fermentation. What's unique here: the base wine is a blend of 30% macerated Meunier, 60% white wine (immediately pressed Meunier) and 10% still red Meunier. 2.5g/L dosage. Disgorged in March 2023. 250 cases made.
