+ PROFILE: Lightly aromatic. Notes of apples, grapefruit, orange Creamsicle, dry butterscotch. Fruit upfront, followed by a dry finish.
+ PAIRINGS: I'm a food wine, and would pair beautifully with cheeses, vegetable-based dishes, autumn fare, and appetizers.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Grapes spend ~ 25 days on the skins. All stainless steel for freshness. Unfined and unfiltered. Zero added sulfur.
