+ PROFILE: Dry. Medium-full body. Classic notes of dried pear, chamomile blossom, yellow apple and orchard fruit. Textural, with a savory mineral edge on the elegant finish.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Whole-cluster fermentation using wild yeast. Undergoes full malolactic fermentation in neutral oak barrels. Aged 12 months in barrel, and bottled with minimal added sulfur.
+ VINEYARD FUN FACTS: The Wheeler vineyard was planted in 1977, and is farmed by the Siletto family who have been farming in San Benito for over forty years.
