Red wine from Spain's Toro region - usually quite inky, but not this one!
+ GRAPE: Organic, biodynamic, natural. A blend of Tinto de Toro (a type of Tempranillo), with some Grenache.
+ PROFILE: Claret style - meaning lighter body and a (surprising) garnet color. Medium body. Red apple skin tannins, apple fruit leather, waxy cherry-sage. Tannin-forward. Sherry Fino vibes on the finish.
This is a savory, textural and surprising red that's super pleasant once you wrap your head around it! Give it a light chill for max enjoyment.
