+ PROFILE: Dry, full body, medium acidity. Rich, crisp apple, hay, dried herbs, toasted almonds. Long, complex finish.
+ FUNADAMENTALS: Vinified in stainless steel; the wine sees approximately one week of skin contact. Aged on the lees in glass-lined concrete tanks followed one year in bottle.
