Hello, super-pretty skin-contact orange from Greece. Supremely approachable, and delightful with or without food.
+ GRAPE: 100% Roditis. Certified organic. Grown in the high-elevation, mountainous region of Achaia Peloponnese, in mainland Greece.
+ PROFILE: Dry, medium-plus body, crisp acid. Dried floral gives way to white orchard fruit, aromatic citrus, and a saline-mineral finish. Modest tannins. A balanced trine of fruit, tannins, and acid.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Wild yeast fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Two weeks of skin contact. Matured in barrels and amphorae. Not fined or filtered, and just a whisper of sulfites to keep things super clean.
