+ GRAPE: Biodynamic. 100% Trebbiano Spoletino, a unique clone of Trebbiano. Old-vine, grown in clay-gravel soils of Umbria, Italy. 

+ PROFILE: Dry, full body, complex. Tropical mix up front: aromatic papaya, orange rind, dried fruit. Honeycomb, saffron, sweet spices follow, landing with a saline-mineral finish and notably pleasant tannins. 

+ FUNDAMENTALS: Three weeks skin-contact. All vinification in stainless steel. Wild yeast. Unfined/unfiltered. Zero added sulfur. Vegan.
