+ PROFILE: Natural, without being 'natty'. Cloudy, but clean as a whistle. Dry, medium body. Grapefruit, pithy citrus, green apple, honeydew, saline. Fresh acidity on the tail. A strong influence of the Atlantic Ocean climate on these sea-level vineyards in northwest Portugal.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: All stainless tank fermentation. Unfined, unfiltered. Zero added sulphur. Vegan. 12.5% ABV.
