+ PROFILE: Quite dry, medium+ body. White floral nose, orchard fruit and minerals on the palate. Vibrant acidity keeps things bright.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: Hand-harvested grapes. Whole-cluster, direct press on the grapes. 2/3rds stainless steel tank, 1/3rd large used oak barrels. Full malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfiltered (vegan), with just 25ppm net sulfites.
