Tastes great, supports our oceans.
VIA THE WINEMAKER, NOAH DORRANCE:
My daughter Remy and I make this wine as a joint project to promote ocean conservation. Our goal is to raise both money and awareness for issues surrounding the health of our oceans and thus our planet as a whole. We are proud to have recently joined 1% For the Planet to help fund this work. Please join us in thinking about everyday ways to help in this effort including limiting single use plastics whenever possible.
+ GRAPE: 100% Carginane from Mendocino County, California. 80+ year old vines.
+ PROFILE: Dry. Fuzzy ripe raspberry, peach and orange zest. It finishes with a fascinating note of fresh picked herbs, lemon peel and sea spray. Softer acid.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: The grapes were hand-picked in the early morning and then gently whole-cluster pressed to tank. Fermented at cool temperatures and aged in stainless steel to preserve the vivacity and freshness of these vines.
