+ PROFILE: Dry, medium body. Mulled cherries, blackberries, cranberry, pmoegranate, crushed flowers, herbal underbrush tones. Distinct, earthy tones. Balanced tannins and acidity.
+ FUNDAMENTALS: 100% destemmed grapes. Fermented in stainless steel; aged 18 months total - 12 months on the lees in barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, vegan. 11% new oak. 12.5% ABV.
